this might be a long shot so I apologise in advance for the lack of details: I'm looking for a short one-shot of which I can only remember like the epilogue, Eddie comes back home to Steve (they have like a cottage, dogs. cats, chicken too probably) after work (I think he found work as a mechanic) and Steve is in the kitchen baking bread and he got new hobbies I think also pottery and they are so soft together and maybe they talk about an upcoming party? sorry it's not a lot on!
