Can you make yourself a flow chart thing that walks you through each step for the different processes? Or carry around a note book so you can document how to do a process such that you can look back on it later. Not only will they be a reference for later but writing down each step should help you remember them
The notebook idea is exactly what I started today! I had some random scraps of paper stuffed in my pocket with notes on the rules, and I’ve consolidated most of it into the notebook. I should probably have tried to organize the notebook rather than just writing them in random order (easier to find later) but for now I have a reference. It’s really helped me.
