Fortunately, I wrote a note immediately after the session. Here goes :

I slowed (and not stopped) my heart’s beating with meditation. I looked and so I found the space in mind that’s beyond the subconscious orbit of sleepiness. The super conscious is nearly obstacle free. It is most suitable for uninterrupted meditation. It isn’t perfectly quiet but none of the thoughts have the power to make you change course. Truly uninterrupted meditation can happen here. And it did. Super conscious is ever waking in nature. It doesn’t sleep. It doesn’t get tired so it feels no desire to sleep. One can meditate here frictionlessly and tirelessly.
