People, Behavior, and Human True Nature (Love Ugliness)

Do you believe that there is win-win solution in every problem? 

Well yes, I have learn Decision Making & Negotiation in MBA, and I know that win-win solution is exist. But to tell you the truth that in fact, I think there is no win-win solution in this world. There is at least one party that suffer and disadvantage more.

The fact that we can not make everyone happy, lead me to write this. Win-win solution seems will make everybody happy, right? But then, have you ever think what happened to both party afterwards? 

Winning is just a temporary pleasant feeling. Happiness even if it's reluctant, even if it's cumbersome can only be had when both sides risk all to find a common meeting ground. That is the way in which society avoids fighting and everyone can find happiness. Without giving a pass to their opponents, human beings can not become heroic and saintly. However, just like the pleasant feeling from winning, all those situation is also a temporary situation.

How the lawyer, the psychologist, or the third person can handle if the same problem occurs again? Well then, how many times it will takes if they decide to solve every problem with win-win solution?

I do believe in the purity of human being. Looking at the beauty rather than their ugliness. Because I know that everyone has it since they were born. We all are born innocent, but the time changes, people changes. The environment shapes our personalities. Changes in mindset and behavior occur because of the environment. Just say for example: Thieves. Do you ever think that someone born as a thief? No. They are cheat and steal sometimes because of forced circumstances. They have to feed their families, they want to please their families. With reasons to survive, they have to do everything. 

I met many people in my life so far. Those who for the sake of their honor don't mind pulling show-off attacks on anyone, anywhere. Parents who complaint that they has useless child. Girlfriend who jealousy over her boyfriend's friends. The employee who wants to hog its achievement. The teacher who can't forgive their ordinary student who won't make an effort. The people who abandoned their hometown and culture in order to get recognition from uptown people. They are stupid, ugly, and mean, right ? 

But I realize sooner, the thought that I am not wrong is a mistake. Just like me, every person have their own ideal life. I realize that myself is one on them. Sometimes I am stupid, ugly, and mean. 

So, If you truly feel you want to build a world where everyone will be happy. There is but one method.
