Weekend workouts

I didn't post yesterday because I stayed over at a friend's house, we wanted to bake Christmas cookies and apple strudle ☺️

So yesterday we went bouldering again, I didn't do anything impressive or the like physically. But I tried my first route with a big jump since the accident. It went surprisingly well, didn't manage to grab the next stone but this wasn't even my goal. I'm just glad I dared to jump^^

Today I went to the gym with another friend

Treadmill with 1% altitude at 8,5km/h for 8mins, 9km/h for 2mins and 11km/h for 2 mins

Hanging knee raises 12 reps 3 sets

Back extensions 12 reps 2 sets, 10kg 12 reps 1 set

Kettelbell twists 12kg 12 reps 3 sets each side

Suspended Mountain climbers 12 reps 3 sets

Knee crunches 12 reps 3 sets
