Work
I got booked in for two days work this week, Tuesday and Wednesday. Last night I was panicking about going.
Today, I went to work, but it’s jolly hard. I did not break even though I felt like I got very near my limits. But knowing how tough it was today means that I have more accurate reasons to panic about tomorrow being so hard.
It was nice having some sensible self-talk in my head “It doesn’t matter if they don’t think you are the best worker” . But tiring to keep changing the way I think.
