I still haven’t recovered from the cancellation of this work of art. HOW COULD THEY END IT,? ?! after just ONE season?¡
But if there were to be a season two,
1.) Marigold would find a super cute girlfriend who loves her
2.) She’d give Skip advice that actually works
3.) Stacy Kim would give Skip another chance AFTER calling him out on his persistent bs. He’s very sweet, but dude, let the girl breathe
4.) MARSHALL is ECSTATIC THAT HE’S A DAD & HE & BECCA EVENTUALLY GET MARRIED
5.) D.B. remains their friend and comes over to the Whitehouse to babysit from time to time (he’s great at it) and to watch Thundercats with Skip
6.) Since he was thinking of becoming a teacher, Skip gets hired as a guidance counselor at Xander and Marigold’s school & he helps mediate conflicts that the kids have with each other. He likes to think that he’s doing the same thing his father does, just on a smaller scale
Bonus: One day a guest speaker comes to talk to the school. She’s an astronaut and Skip is even more excited about it than the children are
7.) Dale and Emily accomplish great things for America before their term is over
