So I am slowly working my way through Carmilla on my 1698 bundle..and well, why is season 1 episode 6 having audio problems? Is it just me?

So I am slowly working my way through Carmilla on my 1698 bundle..and well, why is season 1 episode 6 having audio problems? Is it just me?
I just want to have the 1698 bundle and the only way I can have it is if my friend gets it for me and I'll pay him and everything, but he hasn't said anything yet and I am having a lot of feelings right now.
