Camilla Hect is one of those characters where there is something going on with her and everybody who hangs around her long enough will know that but too much is happening for most characters to unpack it. Like my girl was stabbed, slashed, beaten by BoE and thrown around every single book and beyond anger or fear of losing Pal's bones, there's no reaction. She just stands around, expressionlessly, waiting for things to do. When Pyrrha gets accused of being her and Nona's pimp her reaction is basically "eh, whatever". She almost dies on the beach but can't find the time to care. A chronic case of no fucks given.

She's an absolute beast of a cavalier but I fear if she was left without Palamedes for one moment too long she would've went berserk and lost her fucking mind and however tempted I am to read about Camilla Hect committing violent crimes and probably arson, I'm glad she chose the Paul route instead.

thinking about how despite how much they hate(d) each other it was always harrow making almost borderline flirty comments at gideon.
