7 Awesome Things About the Wellesley Debate Society:
1. Develop important public speaking and writing skills 2. Graduate with excellent on-the-spot thinking skills 3. Learn basic philosophy, economics, international relations, policy, and more (you can write cases & debate about anything) 4. Join an incredibly friendly family. We're here to help you - with writing cases, adjusting from previous debate/speech styles, homesickness, choosing courses, etc. 5. Develop friendships with students from schools all over the country 6. A great way to get off campus - to visit other schools during tournaments or to go on team trips. 7. No experience required (we mean it! we'll teach you everything you need to know.) If you are interested in hearing more about the Wellesley Debate Society, or if you have any questions, please come to our open meeting on Tuesday 9/16 at 6pm in PNE127
