As It Was
Horrifying day yesterday and then better today but still woke up feeling bone rattling sadness. Lots of tears. Made it out for coffee which did make me feel better. Then bad time walking dog with park attack by another dog but no injuries and we keep moving. Moving and living. Trying not to lose it too much over things I cannot control. I think the grief earlier in the year shows up in things like this. Friend moves away is suddenly much worse because its like dead parent PLUS NOW ALSO FRIEND GONE feels like the negative is amplified. I handle loss really well though.
