I've been slowly but surely getting back into the gym. I went yesterday and I did thirty minutes of leg strength, 20 minutes cycling, and 10 minutes on the elliptical. I've never done the elliptical before, that shit is no joke! But I woke up feeling good...until I realized I haven't weighed myself since I went off track last summer. :/ highest number ever. Ready to bring it done!
