Cocktails at 18 Knots, Doubletree by Hilton Waterfront ✨ // Favourites were the Butterfly Highball (pic 2 on the left) and West Coast Storm (pic 3 on the right) - aud24 each. Best bar for 360 degree panoramic views of Perth’s city skyline. Comfy leather seats and sofas. The cocktails here were presented beautifully and really strong in alcoholic content. COCKTAILS WITH A VIEW 🥂🌃 // Signature Cocktail: The Milky Way - mixed of fresh lime and ginger juice (aud24) and Rhubarb & Elderflower Spritz: Whitney Neil Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, Monin elderflower syrup, lemon juice, soda water (aud22) from Perth’s 18th floor 360 degrees rooftop bar: 18 Knots Rooftop Bar at Doubletree by Hilton Waterfront, Elizabeth Quay. How pretty do the cocktails look?! Love the rhubarb and elderflower spritz - it’s a bit sweet and very refreshing. The Milky Way looks great but a bit too sweet for my liking. Cocktails are on the pricey side no doubt due to the beautiful views of our city and the river. Lovely addition to our rooftop bar scene!
