Minato Namikaze: Hogwarts AU
Minato Namikaze was a Half-Blood wizard that was born on the 25th of January 1955 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1966, being sorted into Gryffindor House.
He had an English Oak wand with a Unicorn Hair core.
His Patronus was a Kitsune.
His favorite subject was Defense Against the Dark Arts and his least favorite subject was Astronomy.
He was one of the Gryffindor Prefects of his year, the Head-Boy and a Chaser from his fourth year onward.
Despite his physical resemblance to Naruto, Minato's personality was considered by both Jiraiya and Tsunade as the opposite of Naruto's; he was a very humble and collected man. Very perceptive and shrewd, he was noted as not to do something without a reason. He was well-aware of the terror his reputation inspired in dark witches and wizards and would take advantage of it at times, but even then he would remain respectful to opponents. A very polite individual, Minato would adress others with the appropriate honourifics, directed even towards dangerous criminals such as Orochimaru. Minato also wouldn't pry into other people's personal affairs unless he felt it was necessary, and was not the type to hold grudges, only feeling sorry for Obito despite his role in his own and Kushina's deaths, dissuading Kakashi from killing Obito. If anything, Minato blames himself for his death for several reasons; he couldn't save Obito from the fate that corrupted him, the ministry from the difficulties that arose after his death, and even his own son Naruto from the painful and difficult life he suffered as an orphan.
Regardless of their differences, Naruto is not without any of his father's personality traits: both have indomitable spirits and fierce ambitions that drive them through all their choices in life. Outside of missions, he would be rather carefree and lighthearted like his son. Both are of unwavering loyalty to Hogwarts and their loved ones – friends and family – and that devotion inspires all those around them. Like Naruto, Minato had the tendency to create questionable techniques, although in Minato's case, it was the pointlessly longwinded names he came up with rather than the actual technique.

Henry Creel: Hogwarts AU
Henry Creel is a Half-Blood wizard that was born on the 22nd of November 1954 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1966, being sorted into Slytherin House.
He has a Yew wand with a Dragon Heartstring core.
His Patronus is a Black Widow.
His favorite subject is Defense Against the Dark Arts and his least favorite subject is Arithmancy.
Henry Creel was an individual with a highly warped psychology; after encountering a Dementor as a child, his family noticed a permanent shift in his personality. Henry was also a man with "broken memories" and had conflicting accounts of his past, making it difficult to keep track of his motives and traits across time.
Though the trauma from this encounter seemingly forced Henry to murder his family members in 1968, the fully adult, "orderly" version of Henry appeared to be motivated by a genuine lust for violence. Immediately prior to his initial confrontation with Jane in 1988, Henry revealed himself as deeply misanthropic, deeming the whole of humanity to be a race of corrupt, deluded parasites and "a unique type of pest". He condemned human society as an artificial, pointless construction which denied the underlying order of nature.
Henry deemed powerful creatures to be inherently superior and better than the weak, a perspective reflected in his admiration of Acromantulas, which he viewed as the "gods" of the animal kingdom. In his view, the predatory Acromantulas brought "balance and order to an unstable ecosystem". Henry saw himself in a similar light due to being a wizard.
Henry dismissed all aspects of society - specifically mentioning units of time, like "seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks [and] months" - as nothing more than elaborate lies. Similarly, sufferers of Vecna's curse would see the Creel grandfather clock eerily imposed upon their surroundings, unusually embedded in the side of a tree, or in the side of a wall. Through this subverted image, Henry articulated his disdain for the concept of ordered time, and on a broader level, the constructed nature of human society in general.
Furthermore, Henry possessed a sadistic and cruel nature; he would go out of his way to torture and torment his victims, forcing them to re-live their trauma. After Henry transforms into the being known as Vecna, he becomes even more malevolent, delighting in the torment he inflicts upon others. In his home, corpses of his victims are displayed in a horrific fashion, showing that Vecna prides himself on his unspeakable actions.
Henry would prove to be highly manipulative and cunning when he convinced Jane to remove the trace (which shows if he has performed underage magic) on him. Although his kind demeanor proved to be a facade, he seemed to show genuine interest in furthering his friendship with Jane; however, Jane had no interest in helping Henry and quickly turned against him.
Despite his hatred of humanity, Vecna begrudgingly developed a shred of respect for his defiant victim, Max Mayfield, even describing her as "brave", and "much braver" than her 'brother'; nevertheless, Vecna remained dead-set on killing Max, viewing her death as a means to an end to achieve his goals, as with his other victims.
Valka Haddock: Hogwarts AU
Valka Haddock is a Pureblood witch that was born on the 21st of March 1955 and started attending Hogwarts on the 1st of September 1966, being sorted into Gryffindor house.
She has a Chestnut wand with a Dragon Heartstring Core.
Her Patronus is a Peruvian Vipertooth.
Her favorite subject was Care of Magical Creatures and her least favorite subject was Defense Against the Dark Arts.
She was one of the Gryffindor Prefect of her year, a Chaser on the Quidditch team from her fourth year onward and her year's Head-Girl.
Valka initially comes across as more feral than human, given how she has spent half of her life with dragons. Her years of isolation and dealing with nothing but dragons has made her very distrusting of humans in general. Because of this, she has a black-and-white, perhaps even fatalistic view of people, believing them incapable of change and that some people like herself and Hiccup are "born different".
As a young woman she was known to be firm in standing up for what she believes is right. She is also not above getting into a fist fight to defend her standards. She was also known to be a doting and protective mother to infant Hiccup, even after fearing he would die shortly after birth. However, a vulnerable side is heard in her cries for Stoick to save her as Death Eaters burned down their mansion during the Third Wizarding War.
Valka is strong and uncompromising in the belief that she can make the world a better place for dragons, treating the ministry and their abusive treatment of the creatures with scorn. Despite her bitterness over her fellow man, Valka's past as a wife and mother allows her to possess an overwhelming love for those in her care, succeeding in building good relationships with the dragons she rescues.
When flying with Hiccup, Valka reveals a more liberated side of her personality. When no threat of hurting others, Valka is strong and unafraid with a sense of feeling free. She shows confidence in herself and proves herself be an incredibly daring woman during her feats of agility on the back of a broom. Valka can be quite sensitive and is very careful not to upset people, as shown when she is afraid that Stoick and Hiccup might be angry with her because she chose not to come home. She also acts as a strong pillar of support for those that need it, and to provide her son with the confidence he needs to achieve his goals.
Adam Adamant Lives! (1966-1967)
An Edwardian adventurer is frozen in ice by a villain and is left there until he is uncovered and thawed out in the year 1966 where he makes a friend, hires a butler and thwarts the plans of various Machiavellian scoundrels.
Adam Adamant is a look way back at the chivalrous kind of hero that was popular in the 60s, in a way it’s a shame we don’t have protagonists like this anymore. Even James Bond who was put on screen only a few years before this series didn’t quite capture the gentlemanly essence that this character presents, this series is more like The Avengers (1961-1969) but with a greater focus on the main character.
The actual narrative of the show was admittedly quite formulaic, certain conventions were used each episode which made it predictable at times. In almost every single episode Adamant would investigate a crime, put his trust in a damsel who would then inevitably betray him before they have a classic BBC fight, ending with the arrest or death, usually the latter, of the villains.
Many of the plots are ridiculous in the show, that’s not a criticism; in fact I’d say that it’s one of the main things going with it. It’s about a musketeer that is frozen for 60 years, then goes about killing criminals without being arrested, he’s got a butler who’s in the habit of reciting limericks, hangs about with an inquisitive young lady who constantly saves him, and he lives on the top story of a car park... because why not?
One part that gets a little tedious after a couple of episodes is the fact that every episode at some point, Adamant will be rendered unconscious and will have a flashback sequence from the first episode that goes on for about a minute. Although it’s a good sequence and it looks quite surreal, once you’ve seen it 10 times you could be excused for popping out the room for a minute to put the kettle on, or misplace your trust in an old woman who’s clearly far too eager to help you, or put the cat out.
4/10 -It’s below average, but only just!-
-A few names that were rejected for the title role include: Cornelius Chance, Darius Crud, Dick Daring, Rupert De’ath, Dexter Noble, and Aurelian Winton.
