The most exhaustive book on Joy Division is also a very uncommon and scarce one. No copyright details provided, this is an unofficial bootleg book, although it has become iconic. No date, author or publisher noted. A History in Cuttings covers Joy Division and New Order trajectory for the years 1977-1983, including lyrics, gig charts, tape guides, discographies, bootleg discographies, and a staggering number of reviews, interviews, features, retrospectives and newspaper clippings. This book is not printed, it consists of a collection of stapled photocopies.
