Brain fog. How to explain this effect? You're paying attention, fully engaged, listening, looking someone in the eye, they finish talking and your brain goes BZZZZTT! And it's gone. There's no data left in the input buffer of your brain. In fact I just forgot what I was writing and now I'm starting again. The fog is real.

The best day of The Fast is the second one. The first day your body is in shock. Midway through you're exhausted, got a headache and you can't think. The 2nd day you still have some energy and you kinda know what to do. You can correct yesterday's mistakes and grab one more cup of water. Think of the 2nd day as the beginning of the rest of your Fast.

There ain't no party like a early morning Fast party cause the Fast breakfast hits like that! Breakfast tastes better when you're tired and it's dark and the food is hot and comforting. Especially early in the Fast before you get exhausted

Take a big garden trash bag and cut a hole for your head and arms and tie it off to wear under your clothes. Keep that body juice from evaporating so it can re-absorb into your body with osmosis. This is how you can stay hydrated while fasting and makes you slick and cool

Fasting all day brings on brain fog, fatigue, a sluggishness and trouble focusing. We do this for a period of time but there are kids going to school every day and this is their reality. Appreciate the understanding one gains from experiencing this feeling.
