hey I'm doing the promo for my blog fangirlingmywaytofitness and my reason for starting the blog was at first be/c I wanted to lose the weight I gained from BED (I lost some but not all of it) but now it's just b/c I want to be the healthiest me I can be and offer advice to anyone out there who needs it or talk to anyone who's had BED b/c I know it's sometimes the ignored eating disorder. I started my blog because I was recovering from eating problems, and trying to get healthy and be positive, so I needed to give positivity and receive it from strangers, who would then become friends :3 I hope this makes sense ♡

I started my blog because I was trying to recover from PTSD and I had really bad eating habits. I wanted to change my life and live life the healthy way in my body and my mind. I hope you have a great day x
