Realized I haven't posted progress. I'm on Week 4 of Kallos Sthenos. I have a check beside each number workout and on what day I did it. X means I did not workout that day. I have had to modify some of the workouts due to my strength level, but am getting stronger. I'm also shooting for 1 gallon of water per day.
