Today #dymatizekitchen guest recipe is by @emilygetsstrong Tag a friend and share! - Ingredients: 30g porridge oats 10g coconut flour 1 scoop Dymatize ISO-100 Birthday Cake 1 egg white 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp psyllium husks 1/2 tsp coconut oil 200ml almond milk To serve: 1 banana 2 handfuls blueberries 1 tbsp nut butter Directions: 1. Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix 2. Mix in the melted coconut oil, egg white and almond milk 3. Add more almond milk if mixture is too stiff 4.
