Back at it again with another 1 minute Filipino cooking lesson, this time featuring an Ilocano specialty, miki! • • Miki is the Filipino equivalent to chicken noodle soup, but in my opinion, way better! The long noodles used represent long life, and is a common dish at birthday celebrations.
