Officially moving to my new kpop blog

Just wanted to update lol. See y'all there And why are people assuming I'm white? Lol. I'm black, so stop calling me mayonnaise, that's literally the total opposite. Anyway, I'm making the blog not because I'm looking for "forgiveness" or I think it'll be okay, but I'm making a point that I can get in the fandom if I want to. I already have 68 followers since I made it, so I think people are generally already accepting me anyway. Also, I switched from yoongi to jungkook in Bangtan! Kai stayed the same, but I've been watching non stop kpop vids and dramas and I think I'm getting a lot more aware in Asian culture, and I can see why the things I've said was a tad offending. Sorry for the racist marks :/ And you know, I've read a lot of stuff on anti blackness in the kpop community, so don't even pretend that anti black racism and black discrimination isn't alive and well in Asia. I'm learning to stop being ignorant, so there's no reason that kpop community cant learn too. Just wanted to point that out there, since people are expecting double standards. Also, I've been tagging my stuff with 1d vs kpop so more directioners can take my example and make a switch over. But starting from today, I will no longer be on this blog!! And to the scenario blogs out there that I copied scenarios from, I don't know what happened with tumblr, I thought I already deleted them? I think I may have deleted the self reblogs instead, but I'm gonna take those scenarios down now. -A

1onedirection-affection has apologized so the attacking stops. Right now. It shouldn’t have been happening in the first place. Shame on all of you that approached the situation guns blazing and mouths ready to bitch up a storm and send her terrible messages. What she said is terrible but that doesn’t mean you need to be bullying her into deleting her blog and tagging her in hate posts. Stop. When you react like that you look just as ignorant. I’m not saying ignore the situation( I feel the need to say this, there’s always someone that brings it up when I make an argument like this) but there is a proper way to handle it. Kudos to the people that handled it maturely and have gracefully accepted her apology.

Please do not try and get 1onedirection-affection into kpop. She will just be the same person that she is and nothing will get better. Let her not like kpop. 1onedirection-affection Please just read this quickly and try understand. I am 15 like you and I even used to be a directioner but now I enjoy Korea music. I recognize that One Direction works very hard and has very dedicated fans such as yourself, but so do Kpop groups. Yes you say that Korean groups are manufactured but One Direction was also formed by an outside force. You say that Kpop idols are fake and yes I do admit that a good number of them do have plastic surgery done. But that is because it is the Korean standard to be flawless, and many of them even say that if it were up to them they would not change at all. One Directions works very hard and makes very nice music, and I give kudos to the directioners for being so dedicated. However I don't think you fully understand just how difficult the kpop industry is. These Korean idols are worked into the ground, often skipping sleep and meals to rehearse for the thing they love. Performing. They have passed out on stage, been hospitalized, and been trampled simply because they were at an airport. These things are not a sign of weakness as you may think, but try to see that it is a sign of hard work. If you could truly understand how difficult their lives are and how diligently they work you would see that they are worthy individuals. And before you say that they are less popular, that is true. On a global scale, Korean music is not generally accepted. But for the audience they do attract their fans are extremely dedicated as well. A group called EXO sold out a full concert in 1.57 seconds, whereas on average, a One Direction concert takes 50 seconds to sell out. Please do not call them ugly, fake, or lazy wannabes. That is your opinion and yes you are entitled to it but other people like other things. Please do not hate on a hardworking group of Korean idols because to be truthful, they have accomplished more than you, and many others, will ever accomplish in your lives. Being racist and offensive and ignorant is only harmful to you and it reflects badly on your fandom, even though we Kpop fans know that it is only a portion of you who are this way, just as their as offensive fans with every fandom. Please just save yourself. This is offensive, ridiculous, and in reality, kind of embarassing for you.

1onedirection-affection I seriously am so disgusted by the behavior you are showing to the fans of kpop. Kpop groups and 1D both work equally hard, but in different ways. I don't appreciate you making racist slurs and saying stuff like "it's okay to get broken arms.. that's what hard work is about." Hard work is about putting all your efforts and everything you have to accomplish the task at hand, getting broken bones does NOT show hard work, it shows a accident. Hard Work is getting on stage and performing the choreography given, and acing the song. You have been completely disrespectful and you are one of the reasons I cannot get into One Direction, half the fandom is full of 12 year olds who are trying to protect their boys by making racist remarks and making people feel like complete shit for liking what they like. I don't appreciate you coming at us Kpop fans, and acting like you know everything. I suggest you look up what it takes to become a kpop idol, and what they go through before you start throwing around "facts." S t o p c r e a t i n g m o r e d r a m a. Let the fandoms live in peace.
