Apologies I haven't read much of Infested, but it's all very intriguing at the same time from what I have seen, and also DAMN it looks beautiful, fan comics are always so pretty to look at.

Unfortunately, I'm a big fan of Tails so uh, poor boy. But I am curious, have you ever drawn Tails where he isn't tomato soup? I looked through your blog but wasn't able to find any (on another note, goes without saying all your art is very well done btw), and I really wanna see the precious angel (i guess quite literally now) in your artstyle!

Yup yup I've drawn Tails in lil sketches here and here (seen below)

As someone who's a big fan of Tails, you may actually appreciate a story where the hole he leaves behind is a central part of it, unlike some other fan horror stories that kill him for shock value and then move on like that didn't matter. :)

Hiya skimming, here was the little doodle I came up with a while ago for the Not by a Long Shot fanfic (+ bonus & Knuckles). Nothing too special but figured I wanted to share quickly anyways

Oh my gosh!!! They're so cute, I love them! Their Riders fits are everything! And Knuckles <333 The keeper of their gear xD Putting his guardian energy to good use, poor guy. That doodle/sketch hog style for him is adorable though, I love it! Reminds me of the little emotes from CrossWorlds!

Curious, other than the Infested comic and any follow up comic related to Infested, do you have any other Sonic-related comic plans? Or just other comic ideas in general?

I started a toxic eggdad story idea exploring Sonic and Eggman's possible first relationship as a father/son duo and the origin of Sonic's shoes that I wanted to make into a short comic called Shoes With Metal Soles Don't Grow On Trees (shortened from the original Rubber Shoes With Metal Soles Don't Grow On Trees). Maybe someday with that one.

Then of course, there's my non-sonic story ideas:

A Castle Without Windows - A lonely, romance-novel-obsessed vampire, locked away in a castle deep in a Spanish forest, may find love in a stranded trucker seeking shelter -- Though this vampire (and the castle itself) remains haunted by his long-dead sire.

Untitled Super "Hero" Comic - An infamous supervillain infiltrates a superhero group (containing his nemesis) in order to ruin them from within. The only problem is that he kinda likes being a hero... And all his supervillain buddies hate that for him.

Legacy of Fangs - A continuation of "A Tiger's Tale" from the beginning, published by myself instead of Legacy Comix. Newly exiled wolf runt Wolof teams up with a mysterious blue tiger named Rohan to get said-tiger's missing tail back. Whether it be to sell it for riches (if Wolof gets his way) or to restore Rohan's missing memories, which he swears this tail will do. It's a gut feeling of his. So where's the tail? Well. Nowhere good, that's for sure.

Fanfic ask game! (this is really hard because going through the list I wanna ask like 5 different questions but i know i need to limit myself)

A. How did you come up with the title to Chart a Course to Second Chances E. If you wrote a sequel to Risking Rejection (For a Chance at Acceptance), what would it be about?

Two of my absolute favourites, with Risking Rejection being my first ever fanfic I read (apologies for being so sonic fic-centric 😭)

No apologies necessary! I know a lot of my current followers are here for Sonic, and I've said before, I still love talking about Sonic fics. I really only get cagey with Sonic fic asks when I'm actively posting a fic for something else. Like, on the same day, lol. It's more of a timing issue. But this ask game is for all fics, including Sonic, so whatever your favorite fic is, ask away! <3

A. How did you come up with the title to Chart a Course to Second Chances

Aww, I was hoping I still had my notes when I was coming up with the title! I remember I had like, eight or nine that I was workshopping. I loved my working title for this fic (it was "all the way on the fucking islands" while it was a WIP lol), so it was really hard to break away from that. The problem with having joke titles for my WIPs is that I get really attached to them xD

But I knew I wanted it to relate to travel since we were bouncing between the three islands. I also wanted it to capture the feeling of Sonic's and Tails's lives starting over, in a way? Their second chance at finding a family within each other, when they couldn't on Christmas and Cocoa Island. But yeah, travel, taking fate into your own hands by charting your own destiny, and second chances were all the main themes in my head when I came up with it! I'm really proud of it, even if I can't remember how I settled on it, lol.

E. If you wrote a sequel to Risking Rejection (For a Chance at Acceptance), what would it be about?

I don't think that fic needs a sequel, honestly! As much as I enjoy the movies, it's not a universe I have much of a desire to play in when left to my own devices.

A sequel to that fic in particular would probably have everyone visiting Tom at the hospital and maybe Tails having a proper talk with Maddie about how he was feeling that day. But I don't know. That fic is pretty much a one and done for me, but I'm really glad you liked it! I did have a lot of fun while writing it, and I'm happy with how my take on movie Sonic turned out <3
