To care, to truly care, you have to be able to let someone choose what they want, where they want to be, who they want to be.

Starclan never forced the cats to stay in the clans, they could leave whenever they so wished, and so those that stayed chose to stay.

Your existence is a sad one Saviour, most carnivores don’t care for their food the way you do, as if every fox cared about every rabbit, they would starve. The cats of the clans respect the prey they eat, but they hold no love for it.

You cannot live like this, your choice is either starvation, finding another solution, or closing off your heart.
