What d’you want to lose?
Matthew Fairchild x WHO ARE YOU (raign)
a poem from mother nature to the women who walk her earth
he doesn’t love you like i do so don’t shed tears for that man, my darling women lay your body down into my groves i will protect you in the moss and the grass and give you water to wash your face wash away the touch of his skin on yours
lean into my embrace between the roots of a tree where the flowers bloom so brightly they will make you forgot about everything except the color of the petals even if you wander for days i will build you an earthen grave for you to lay your body down to rest in
even when everyone else leaves i will always be here for you, mother nature will never abandon you

Depth: Note written soon after session is as follows -
‘The mind space where I meditate has undergone a change. My mind and all its chatter seems to have disappeared and has become concentration instead. This is going to take a while getting used to. Today I shook away through the session and yet I hardly noticed my own bodily vibrations. My mind is behaving curiously and I have been trying to watch this. My mind is automatically giving attention to the things that matter and is totally free of the usual white noise. That’s something I am not used to. Yesterday, a similar thing happened and I thought it had to do with the snooze before meditating. I may be wrong in thinking that it is snoozing that is causing this. I maybe genuinely having a change of mind and fortunate enough to observe it while it undergoes an overhaul.’
