Because I wasn't feeling my workout today, I thought I would appreciate my step count on my Disney vacation! I have never gotten over 15,000 before! I don't know how people get 20,000 steps regularly. My legs were sore!

Today I walked 20k steps
20,267 to be exact…how you ask? Let’s review.
I began my day reviewing my schedule. I planned to join the knitting group which meant my tooshie was gonna be planted on a coffee shop bench for 4+ hours. The last time I attended knit group, I failed to walk all my 10k steps that day.
So I beebopped my way outside and walked 3k steps right after getting up and before my shower. Walking first…

Did 20,000 steps today. Not sure about getting up at 5 a.m tomorrow. Got an impromptu meeting request for the morning. I just love last minute no info given things that you don't know how to prepare for. Almost panicked and ate everything in sight. My work review was stellar so I have no idea what's up. Sigh... This meeting will also put me behind in my work. Hope it's a good thing.
Tomorrow: a brand new start!
I'm going to stick to my plan religiously, and my plan is that no matter what is happening everyday I'm going to make time to do the following:
- Walk 20000 steps (I already walk 10000 at work so the extra 10000 isn't that hard.)
- Run 30 minutes every morning.
- 4 minute workout every morning
- and finally fit in some kind of other exercise during the day (biking, aerobic, weight training...)
- Have a total calorie count each day of ca. 0.
- Get on the scale twice a week (monday and friday)
- take my measurements once a week (monday)
- Use bodylotion each day (my skin allways gets so dry in the winter)
- Write about my day, in my diary
