Belle vue 2009 Haut - Medoc
A classic Bordeaux, with the tobacco and herbaceous aroma that you would expect of Cabernet-Sauvignon. Underlying these characters I found a clear cassis aroma. It was not too long on the palate, but intense enough for that to not be a great issue. I would qualify this wine as good, but not great.
