We are currently seeking talented Senior Human Resources Reporting Analyst for our San Antonio, TX facility.
PURPOSE OF JOB
Teams with the business to define data/analytic needs and applies technical and business knowledge to recommend solutions that solve business problems and reporting needs. Prepares operational materials for senior management in support of major programs and functions. Independently, under minimal supervision, manages/performs multiple complex, and some unique, work assignments and problem resolution across systems, processes or channels. As a key contributor, critical to the achievement of team/organization goals, provides guidance to peers and less experienced team members in the development and delivery of their work product. Proactively maintains relationship with customer to ensure reporting is value-add and adapted for changing business needs.
JOB DUTIES
Facilitates HR business projects of high complexity, size and visibility ensuring stakeholders champion decision-making data needs.
Leads or directs the design, development and implementation and provides oversight of the maintenance of complex and sometimes unique business solutions, which may include data, reporting, business intelligence or analytics.
Utilizes a comprehensive understanding of multiple data structures and sources to Lead or direct complex and sometimes unique data manipulation using advanced data extraction and analytical tools and techniques.
Recognizes the connection between the business operations and analytics to influence business strategies and solutions.
Develops innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions.
Responsible for proactively engaging with Project Delivery to stay abreast of functionality planned for HR Communities of Expertise (CoEs) to ensure reporting and analytic requirements are considered and comply with data governance operating principles before projects are based-lined.
Ensures that operational reports are complete and provide accurate data to enable HR business functions to carry on day to day operations.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in an analytical or technical support function or general data analysis/extraction experience.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced knowledge of data reporting/analysis tools and techniques.
Advanced knowledge of HR data warehouse architecture.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodology, requirements gathering.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of directly related work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related area in lieu of a degree.
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of HR systems and data, knowledge of contact centers and/or Building Wealth.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and create executive summary of data.
