2: Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

I don’t remember if I seriously made any new year’s resolutions last year. This year I want to exercise regularly and actually read more of the books I bought at Comiket.

15: What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Seeing Grimes live. Eating ramen <2 feet away from iceiceice. All the EliUmi books at Comiket and getting books from some of my favorite circles (and an autograph from Sekihara, although I then gave it away to a friend who cares more about the pairing they do; I was too excited to even ask for one from my favorite artist). There was probably more in the first half of the year, but my memory is poor, and any such instances fail to come to mind.

34: Who did you miss?

My roommate moved to Boston this summer, and, although I like living alone and still talk to them a lot, I miss their proximity. No other sustained missing of people that I can recall. I occasionally briefly missed various people who I haven’t talked to much or at all in a long time (e.g. MUD friends, GW1 friends, GW2 PvE friends, GW2 PvP friends, high school friends, etc.).

7) What dates from 2015 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

Nov. 14 (vashete day) bc my friends dedicated a day to appreciating me and we had cupcakes and stuff ~ ahahah

10) Did you suffer illness or injury?

i lost my voice for a whille... :0

16) What song will always remind you of 2015?

bts - run ofcc (also blank space bc that was my first song i listened to in 2015 ahahah !)

1: What did you do in 2015 that you’d never done before?

I taught a workshop. It was a success, not to mention easier that I thought as well as fun.I’m hoping to do it again.

6: What would you like to have in 2016 that you lacked in 2015?

Publish a book, I was hoping 2015 would be the year but it wasn’t so here’s to wishing for my dream to come true in 2016.

8: What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Other than the workshop? Do my cosplays count as achievements? Because other than that it really has been a terrible year  for achievements... No wonder I feel useless lately. 

35: Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2015.

Don’t stop yourself from doing new things and taking charge just because you fear what people will think of you. If you act confident and competent then you will be seen as confident and competent and people will respect you, and if you have fun then it’s likely the people around you are having fun to.
