dream - 2016-08-06
last night i had two dreams
the first was stranger things based, the second took place in a setting where i’ve had dreams before
in the first dream, i was in some town in some forest
i think i might’ve been at a party or at a group event because i’m walking along this trail with some boy talking about getting home and i know him in my dream and i know him in real life but now i don’t remember who he is
but anyway, we’re walking and we come to this bed in the trail, and the trail keeps going, but two the right, there’s a large field of really tall grass and the area is ringed by trees, but the far side of it has an opening
one of us has a bike i think because someone complains about the grass and how tall it is, but we decide to go see where the opening in the trees leads to
so we start walking and the trees cast these really big shadows over us and it’s cold and uneasy but we keep walking
when we get close to the opening, this thing comes out (i don’t remember what it looks like anymore) and chases us down, it’s manages to get the boy and the boy tells me to run and not ever come back
and i’m not sure if i take the bike or if i leave it but then the dream switches in the second dream in in some country side with weirdly extravagant and eccentric houses, some of them look like picasso paintings
there’s a skip where i’m in a house, a normal but very cluttered house and mothership and biodad are there and they’re arguing because in the dream i guess, biodad hurt me somehow
so they come to the decision that i’m going to go live with someone else while mothership finds a house for us to stay and i end up staying with safety pin but there’s already someone staying there
i don’t know them in my dream or in real life
so we end up sharing a room and i sleep very uneasily
sometimes in the “morning” the person gets up and they take a shower and it wakes me up so for some reason, i got to lay on the bathroom floor and it soaks me entirely so i get back up and go over to the sink area and look at myself
i don’t remember how i looked in my dream
so they get out and we start talking and i show them a breaded dragon and they’re delighted
then the dream skips and i’m standing in a room with safetypin and mothership and they’re asking me if i received a letter in the mail because i owe money to my elementary school and i say no, and if i had any mail it would still be at biodad’s place
some men in hazard suits come into the room and then the dream skips back to the country side
i’m in one of the really weird houses and almost everything inside is black and white and finally mothership tells me it’s time to go so we leave and get in the car and she starts to drive away and we drive along theses huge, rolling hills with many dips
we get to this lake and get into a rollercoaster ride like cart, so we rolling across theses tracks in the water and mothership is talking about how the house we were in would be so great for pupcake and in the dream i’m jealous because she never said anything like that about/for me
i don’t say anything though, i just agree and we keep moving along the tracks and something happens where mothership must get a phone call because she’s telling me i have to go check on pupcake and she’s pretty upset
so the ride spits me out and i go splashing into the water
dream skip, and i’m awake in some old-timey town (think morgan’s world), i think my hair is wet, but i’m dressed for winter and it’s really cold with snow sprinkling down
the streets are surprisingly busy considering it’s nighttime so i start walking along the cobblestone sidewalks until i come to this glass window, kind of like the movie theaters or a gas station
the lady asks me who i’m there to see, and i tell her it’s my brother, she nods and writes something down and tells me to put my hand through the opening in the window
she clasps and band around my wrist and tells me i can go see him now, so i go to theses huge double doors and push them open
the lead to this huge lobby, almost like a hotel one, with many people just milling around
i go to the left where there’s a corridor of elevators and get in one
there’s already someone in the elevator i get in and it turns out to be sadstrawberries and she talks about seeing pupcake
so she takes me up to see him and a lot of her family is there so i’m pretty uncomfortable, but pupcake looks okay and mothership finally gets there
she makes a comment about sadstrawberries’ family and i nod in agreement and then i wake up
