I'm back from Alaska trip now! It has been tough 3 weeks. Mother Nature controls everything out there, and we have to follow her. I drove about 14,000km on this trip and went almost into Arctic Circle. Anyway it was great experience! As winter ends, we start to spring to come. It usually happens slowly and you will notice little by little. We see it happens within a few days, however, because we are driving from Alaska to Squamish. As we chased winter on the way to AK, we now dive into spring:-) 冬が終わり、春が来る。山、川、森の木々、沢山の変化がゆっくりと時間をかけてやってくる。その一つ一つに気付き始め、徐々にやってくる春。しかし、冬を追いかけ北上した僕らは、南下しながら春の訪れを何倍もの早さで感じる。真っ白だった山も、色濃くなり、森は新緑の鮮やかな木々を含み、春の訪れを知らせてくれる。もうすぐ家に帰ります。 #カナダ西海岸 #カナダライフ #tacomacamper #toyotatacoma #2016AKtrip #roadtrip #landscape #mountains #mountainlife

Skiers and snowboarders! These lines are usually accessible by helicopter, plane, or sled. But it is really close to highway so you can hike up!! We came #whitepass last year and decided to come back for better snow, but the condition is even worse... It was really warm and got rain at the highest point of the pass... I hope real winter comes back next season. We had great 3 days in this area. This is almost within arctic circle, and the morning sunlight was beautiful! We came back to Whitehorse yesterday.
