25 mins on the treadmill (interval training) 1.16 miles Avg pace 21:34, 171 heartrate (not so sure about that though)

3.0 mph 2mins
1% incline 2min (@3mph)
3.0 mph 2mins
3.5 mph 2mins
3.0 mph 2mins
1% incline 2mins (@3mph)
3.0 mph 2mins
3 minute cool down)
