My goals for 2019 were to:
lose weight/get back in shape/into an exercise routine
read more books
write more
be more kind to myself
Even though it wasn’t until later in the year that I started to actively pursue my goals, I still:
was actively going to the gym for three months in a row
got back into IF regularly
ate more meals at home/healthier
lost 10 pounds (back down to 157 lbs)
finished seven books in the past 3 months (3 physical and 4 audio)
discovered podcasts and completed three of them
completed five SkillShare and YouTube classes on writing
wrote down four story ideas/their plots, gave them each a starting title and began to outline/storyboard one of them
actively wrote more, from poems to thoughts, to diary entries to short story snippets etc.
did excessive research into self publishing
seen two therapists and began the winter months without the need for medication
admitted some things about myself, to myself and even though it hurt... acknowledged what I can and cannot change
very proud of myself, I feel I was the most productive this year on my goals.
I look forward to what 2020 and this new decade will bring me!! 💞
