Yesterday was an amazing day!!! Went 8/9! Could not be happier with my results! Set a PR in the squat of 253lbs and on the deadlift 352lbs!! Have to give a huge shout out to my amazing husband @shermanreed for all of his coaching and encouragement, I love you baby!!! Not to mention @bhrendadesouza and @aaronreed15 for helping us with Aidan yesterday. And to my stepson Dawson who competed for his first time setting a PR on the deadlift.
