Since Joe compared his feelings about this season to the way he felt about 2019 LSU, I thought it would be fun to share a few of my ideas for game day fits that would pay homage to 2019 LSU and would honestly just be a fire game day fit! It would be so cool if Joe did a LSU themed game day fit at some point this preseason or season. It would be even cooler if he could possibly even get Ja’marr in on it too. The 2019 LSU team went down in history as the best college FB team of all time, 7 years later and everyone is still talking about how iconic that team was. Joe wearing an LSU themed game day fit would definitely have so many people talking about him and the bengals and how he meant business when comparing this season to 2019 LSU 🔥

Here are a few of my LSU themed game day fit ideas with visuals for our beloved number 9:

Joe wears his LSU letterman jacket as a statement piece with a white T-shirt or a white button up (like his heisman picture in the letterman) and a pair of light wash jeans. If he wanted he could even pair the jacket with an LSU merch shirt. Any sneaker brand that is not Alo would look so good with it. I just feel like Alo shoes would kill the vibe here. He could pair the fit with black or white hightop converse, a pair of vans, a pair of Nikes. He could even pair it with a really cool pair of custom LSU themed kicks to really elevate the look. And of course he could add a simple gold chain and his signature Cartier shades. Cartier did recently come out with a pair of gold sunglasses that has purple lenses 👀

Joe gets a Burreaux LSU jersey reworked into a custom patchwork puffer vest and wears it un zipped as a statement piece. He could pair it with a basic black Long sleeve, black cargo pants and a basic black sneaker like black high tops or vans . If he is feeling a hat he could add a black beanie because he has always looked so good in beanies and it fits the vibe of this outfit . The vest pictured here is just a little mock up idea of what I envisioned when i mean patch work vest. This would be a really cool option too because one of his parents would probably love to rock the puffer vest in his suite for one of their future game day outfits after Joe wears it. If he wanted, He could even incorporate Ja’marr’s LSU jersey and some of his other 2019 teammates jerseys into the patch work vest along with his own jersey and some other LSU merch. His friend Micah has done a cool job with pieces for Joe in the past and he would totally understand the assignment here. I feel like Micah would be the perfect person to create a custom LSU patchwork vest for Joe and it would look so sick! The possibilities are absolutely endless when designing a custom piece. 💜💛

And then last but not least , we have a very simple but classic look. A plain black T-shirt and jeans with a basic black sneaker. But the star of the show is Joe’s absolutely iconic BDJ hat. Obviously, he would probably have to get a custom hat made in the same colors that says the abbreviated version of the original iconic phrase so that he doesn’t get fined by the league, but still you get the vibes. It would look so good with a pair of his Cartier glasses and a gold chain. If he to make the look less basic he can always add a neutral jacket that won’t take away from the hat being the statement piece. Absolute perfection! And the girlies will go feral for that one🤭🔥
