this boy cannot hide any emotion, let alone a crush.

honestly, it gets to the point where everyone in the class talks about you all the time in front of him just to get him riled up cuz it's so funny.

he will find any and every excuse to be near you. he's too afraid to actually sit next to you so he'll sit diagonal or across from you.

he heard you mention a random movie ONE time and watched it that same night just so he could find something to talk to you about.

any time you answer a question in class, he listens so intently and does his best to back up your answers and make you feel validated, even if you were wrong about something.

he picks up on all the little things. when you're looking a little tired from staying up too late studying, how you don't wear your uniform jacket on training days because you hate having your gym locker stuffed full, how you highlight different information in different colors, how you bite your nails or twirl your hair when you're nervous.

after every conversation with you, he practically analyses every word you say and thinks strategically about how he could've said something different to make him seem cooler.

he'll make an extra copy of his notes when you're not in class without you even having to ask, or create a study guide and immediate end a copy to you.

you wrote him a little thank you note for giving you said notes with a little smiley face and a heart, he just about exploded and keeps it on his desk in his room.

when he's laying in bed at night, in between training strategies, all he can think of is you.

his drifting off and daydreaming in class slowly turns more and more into thoughts of you, how your hair looks particularly good today, how you're bouncing your leg more than usual, how your eyebrows furrow while doing your work.

all of this boils over when you ask him to study together. he has to keep reminding himself that this is in fact not a date and you're just prepping for the upcoming exam.

you ask him to meet at a cafe near campus. further reminding himself it's not a date, he still tries to put himself together a little more than normal, even asking mina how he can take care of his curls.

when he finds you in a small booth, two hot drinks already sitting in front of you, his heart melts. in this moment he had never felt more sure about anything.

in helping you work through practice problems and concepts, he lets his hand linger a little bit longer against yours when they accidentally touch. he's able to hold eye contact longer than half a second. he memorizes your coffee order before you can even say "see you next time."

you walk back to the dorms together. all he wants to do is hold your hand but he just starts sweating more at the thought of it.

he can't hide a crush, and you know it.

you extend your pinky out to lightly touch his, careful to not overwhelm him.

he turns to look at you with a look of "really?" "holy shit!" and "I am going to explode into a million pieces and die," all at once, but intertwines his finger with yours, bubbling with giddy excitement and nervousness all in one.

the two of you don't say a word all the way back. if he tried to speak if would all be mush.

"thank you for helping me study 'zuku. you're the best," you smile and place a quick kiss on his cheek, knowing he is on the verge of spontaneous combustion, feeling the heat of his face on your own.

he can't get a word out. all he does it stutter and push out what sounds like "thank you," before disappearing upstairs to jump around his room and kick his feet with touching the spot where you kissed his cheek like a 12-year-old girl.

Angry Izuku Midoriya

Izuku was never one to be mad. He always kept his calm; he was always centered with both the earth and you. (However, he was his most centered when he was nestled between both of your breasts) Izuku had a long day, fighting crime, and warding off strangers asking for "an autograph" or people with sly comments. Izuku may have been shy, but he wasn't shy telling people to "leave me the fuck alone", or "I already have a partner". So, when Izuku had planted his work-boot free socked feet onto the plush, vacuumed carpet, he was finally free from all the stress. He may have been shy, but he definitely wasn't shy about sharing his feelings with the love of his life, you. You were his everything, you were his pride, you were his partner, you were his world, his cushion. God, you were his earth. But boy, when he had some ugly, beat fan DM him on Instagram talking about how they could steal you from him...That made him angry, really, really angry. That truly pissed him off. He swore to himself that he wouldn't search through his DM's. In fact, he hadn't checked them in exactly 6 months. What was there to check? The only thing he'd go in there for would be his All Might subscription. So, what made him check? His stupid intuition. Also, the letter that was left on his desk was from a certain Blasty Boy. Once his eyes met your figure. He knew exactly how to show you that you were his. God, you kept him real, real centered.
