Same clothes, different apartment - two years apart, two completely different people. At the end of 2019 I started thinking more critically about the way I treated my body - I lost 15 pounds within the first couple of months of 2020, and then of course the pandemic shot that journey down. But recently my lifestyle has changed for the better in so many ways, and even though I don’t weigh myself anymore, I feel so much more confident about my body, my skills, my charisma, and the way I carry myself. I feel lighter, brighter, and so much wiser. 2022 may end up being just another year, but I’m entering into a new era for myself.
