Engine, Transmission, and Performance
The Altima has a 188-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that twins with CVT-continuously variable automatic transmission. The optional turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder delivers 248 horsepower and also makes use of the CVT-continuously variable automatic transmission.
