Not to be too anti-lando/anti-mclaren... but I think it says a lot that people are still talking about whether Max can compete for the championship this year with how horrible RB is but I have heard zero talk about either the current WDC or WCC being in the mix...

Max can consistently pull off miracles but everyone know last year was a once-in-a-lifetime, stars-aligned fluke moment.

I still love Lando down, like that’s my world champ fr. But I am pulling hard for Oscar this year. You will see me pretty much exclusively rooting for him bc that’s my future world champ.

Kimi is given so much grace (as he should he's a child he's learning) and so much of that is literally down to Max

omg people are actually using my ask!! hi there!

obviously I do not know what it's like in the paddock but unfortunately I have been seeing many many people online being exceptionally judgmental of kimi (I think more so than the other 2025 rookies because he's with a top team/could be in contention for a wdc this year). I was so disappointed when "fans" from the toxic fringe of the max/red bull fanbase sent kimi death threats over a mistake last season. I'm really glad that max and other drivers/f1 personnel seem to be speaking out in favor of shielding kimi and other young drivers from this kind of deranged fan behavior. but as a fan community we've still got a long way to go.
