Happy Jan day 🥰🌹

To be a bit vulnerable/personal here this one took a toll on me - i had a theme i really wanted to honor for this yeae's birthday artworks where every joker out member - plus jere and Häärijä - would get their own personal crown, Princess pose and Princess colour but for the life of me i couldnt draw jan to safe my life in any pose i liked. I have tried the last four days and for every day that passed the more scared I became of being in an artblock. By the end I ditched all references and just went with sketching some lose poses until I found something I decently liked but by then I only had a few hours before having to travel to copenhagen for the new years party i had been invited to (i had hoped to be done at december 30 at the latest). I packed my laptop and tablet hoping to find some time after nye to draw but then I woke up today with a headache and feeling off in general and to top it off i learned i had forgotten my charger to my laptop at home so while this could probably have turned out better and more elaborate i didnt trust myself to get it done before my laptop died had i tried for more so this is all you get from me until january 3 when I am back in my appartment again - maybe a blessing in disguise so i can rest the possible bug out of my system 😅

Here is to hoping my struggle with what ended up being the first artwork of the year wont set the standard of my art year of 2026 🙏
