Ignoring how ridiculously late this is, I am introducing "2025: Spacetober" for the first time this year. I was planning on waiting for some feedback but I want to go ahead and post this now for anyone that might want to do this.

I don't know why it's so lost on me when I remember Heywood Floyd is in-fact a scientist and astronaut, so I think he would know basic fucking survival skills.

I'm thinking of bureaucrat Floyd, William Floyd. Roy Scheider Floyd is very different from our 2001 Floyd. Both are still scientists but they're also fundamentally different characters.

Whenever I look at William Floyd, I just know he eats coleslaw everyday with white bread and unsalted butter. Then I look at Scheider Floyd, and I can imagine THAT guy drinking comet water and grilling hotdogs and bringing his laptop to the beach like a maniac.
