Who: Clya #206931

What: No delivery on adopts and lack of communication when PM’d.

Why: They have not delivered on adoptables for NotN and have not answered to various PMs about them on different occasions, despite being active.

When: December 17 - April 2 (as of writing this).

Explain: I ordered a mirror pup adoptable from their adoptable shop on December 17th and paid 2 NotN chests for it. They accepted my order and did not get back to me for months, nor does it seem like they’ve done any of the orders from their last batch since there haven’t been any adoptables posted on the thread.

I sent them a PM on March 12th of this year and got no response. I sent another inquiry on March 28th with no response despite them being active on the forums.

A friend who also ordered an adopt sent them a PM on March 8th (before I did my inquiries) and also received no response from them.

I don’t mind having to wait for adoptables and I wouldn’t have been upset hearing that they’re busy or have no energy (I run my own adoptable shop and art shop while having low motivation so I understand that), but to have no communication after 2 separate attempts + an attempt from another person is disappointing to see.

Note Apr 2 2018: the situation has been resolved

Update Negative Review Clya #206931

I have received the adoptable and they mentioned they had ended up losing the file for the base in the process – for me the solution was resolved and things have worked out.
