I'm working on my first official business plan now i’ve graduated business school, and I have an Idea but I really want to have an opinion from some people who are part of the community I’m wanting to work with so here it goes: My business plan currently involves a record label that is aimed exclusively at Women/Bands With any type of Female Vocal who are wanting to get a start in the Rock/Metal Industry. The reason I’m asking is because it’s been going back and forth through my mind that it could be potentially seen as sexist or like I’m trying to turn having a Female Vocal or being a Woman in Metal into a genre. Any thoughts or comments you have involving this will be very much appreciated.
