It's about #char, and the edges of everything on top of the pie peeling, and retreating back from the heat as they #caramelize and fry in their own fat. It's about bubbling sauce and cheese melding together, and that's why our pizza at @lilfrankies is so ridiculous. We have the sickest hottest smokiest oven in town. There is always a cloud of smoke hovering over all our pizzas, hovering and blessing all the ingredients with flavor.
