6GB RAM 手機即將降臨！Samsung 宣佈明年推出全新 20nm LPDDR4 記憶體

一般來說我們通常比較少介紹單人硬件，不過今次這款記憶體確實不得不提。因為 Samsung 較早前就宣佈將會在明年推出最新一代流動 LPDDR4 RAM，而容量將會由目前的 8Gb 增加至 12Gb，並可以製成最大容量 6GB 的 RAM，如此一來明年或可以見到 6GB RAM 的手機誕生了。

據 Samsung 公開的資料顯示，該款全新 LPDDR4 RAM 將會採用 20nm 基礎製成，至於容量則達到 12Gb，而相比起目前 20nm 的 8Gb LPDDR4，其最大傳輸速度將會提高 30% 至 4,266 Mbps，比起一般 PC 用的 DDR4 RAM 快一倍，並且降低了 20% 電量消耗，而生產及組裝速度亦提高了 50%。

此外，今次這款 12Gb LPDDR4 RAM 將可以分別組裝成 3GB（雙芯片）及 6GB（四芯片）兩種容量，而且由於體積並沒有增大的關係，因此即使 6GB 版本亦可輕易安裝在目前 3GB LPDDR4 一樣空間之上，如此一來廠商除更加容易控制手機及平板的機身設計外，他們亦預計即使在最新的作業系統之下，同時亦能帶來更強勁的多工及處理表現。
