Number 19 EVERYTHING effects your skin. I'm just going to write a little list off the top of my head of the factors that impact your skin: -diet -age -gender -weather -stress levels -genetics -skin type -humidity -sleep schedule -exercise -physical health -mental health -skincare products -make up -medication -hormones -supplements -menstrual cycle -washing detergents -hair products -bedding -lifestyle -what touches your face -shaving It's virtually impossible to manage all the factors that can impact on your skin and effect your acne or skin problems, (although I do try 😂). I very much like to feel like I'm in control of my skin, but in reality it's pretty impossible. Unless you become a skin obsessed recluse not doing anything with your life. So please don't blame yourself for your skin problems, because, as we can see from above, there is such a variety of factors that are impacting your skin. You can't be in control of it all. Don't be so hard on yourself. You are not to blame for your acne.
