POV: You’ve tried every cream, but the glow-up starts from within. ✨☁️
We spend hundreds on expensive serums and "miracle" spot treatments, only to wake up with the same stubborn breakouts.
The hard truth: Your skin is a mirror of what’s happening inside your body. If you aren't addressing the internal inflammation and sebum balance, you're just painting over a leaky pipe. 🚿
The "Inside-Out" Clear Skin Ritual:
Hydration over everything: 2–3 liters of water daily. It’s a cliché because it works.
Pillowcase discipline: Change your silk pillowcase every 3 days to stop bacteria from having a party on your face. 🛌
Internal Support: This is the missing link. Creams only reach the surface, but targeted nutrients like Lactoferrin actually help reduce sebum production by up to 31% before it ever clogs a pore.
Why we’re switching to Zinamax 💎
I've been looking into the science of "Internal Skincare," and Zinamax is the standout. It’s not a harsh chemical; it’s a toolkit for your skin’s natural regeneration.
The "Acne Killer": Contains 200mg of Lactoferrin to fight bacteria and reduce inflammation by 38%.
Oil Control: Naturally tells your sebaceous glands to chill out, so you stay dewy, not greasy. 🧴
Deep Healing: Uses Wild Pansy and Centellin® to fade the "ghosts" of old acne scars.
Visible results usually start kicking in around week 4. It’s about playing the long game for skin that actually stays clear.

The skin is actually the largest elimination organ of the body. The bowels, kidneys and lungs are also critical elimination organs.
When they are not functioning optimally, they are unable to eliminate waste and toxins effectively.
So what happens?
The body is very smart and still wants to eliminate toxins so it pushes them out through the skin, resulting in or amplifying skin various conditions. These include pimples, acne, dermatitis, psoriasis, rashes and even dandruff.
If you experience any skin conditions, it is important to assess whether underperforming bowels, kidneys or lungs are playing a role in this.
Diet plays a huge role in both causing these root issues and in naturally healing them (along with the right herbs!)
What can I do?
We will be sharing more about this on the Daily Glowin Instagram and at www.dailyglowin.com
hi all! recently i’ve been trying new spot treatments to maintain my clear skin, and oh my god have they worked. this one is amazing. so, i’ve seen a lot of youtubers and influencers use the mario badescu drying lotion but that stuff costs $14 for a super tiny bottle. it didn’t really seem worth it to me because i’ve seen a lot of people have mixed reviews. anyway, i decided to google the ingredients and found that i already owned the two main ingredients, so i made my own haha. i’m sure this has been done before so i don’t take credit for this idea!
here are the ingredients for the spot treatment and a summary of my current skincare routine:
ingredients:
-benzoyl peroxide acne treatment cream (i used the kroger/ralph’s brand)
-calamine lotion
steps:
-i wash my face with a bar of dove sensitive skin soap and then pat it dry
-i then moisturize my skin with the cetaphil moisturizing cream (it comes in a tub)
-after that i apply a pea-sized amount of the benzoyl peroxide cream to my finger and dab it onto any blemishes
-next i put some calamine lotion onto a q-tip and then dot that onto the aforementioned spots and any red areas (example in picture)
-i sleep with the spot treatment on overnight and rinse it off when i wake up
honestly this has done wonders for my skin haha, and i hope it helps someone else!
We, especially as women, have been taught from a very young age that to be beautiful we have to look a certain way. That certain way never includes red inflamed pustules, or dry flakes of skin, or angry irritated skin. Feeling ugly and ashamed of your own skin is the worst feeling I have ever felt. Your whole existence is tainted by this feeling that you are ugly, your below other people, you feel let down by your own skin.
Having confidence when you have acne or any skin condition is hard. It's not easy to change your mindset and sometimes even change how other people treat you because of your skin.
Being confident regardless is a conscious decision you have to make. When you have those depressive thoughts and feelings surrounding your skin you have to recognise them, accept you're feeling that way, then rise above them. Carefully consider why you are wrong. How your skin does not define you. How you're a wonderful human being with many talents and a lot to give the world, that your skin will not stop you.
You have to keep living, and the more you live life, and enjoy life and succeed in life, the easier it is to rise above your skin problems getting you down.
Is there anyone else out there who has kind of mild acne that is pretty much just annoying bumps on the skin that never pop or form, with the occasional cyst?? I have been trying so many things for my skin and nothing works to get rid of it and it’s SO ANNOYING and makes my skin look uneven all the time. I eat pretty clean, don’t wear makeup, and only use natural products but I have yet to find a solution so if you have something to recommend hmu!!!
Taylor Swift NOW (blemish taylor swift makes me cry because I’ve struggled with acne for twenty years) @taylorswift I adore you, darling...do you have any tips for a 32 year old swiftie in face pain?
Just want to do a 7 month skin update. Trust me, I’ve been there and I’ve tried it all, I finally found something that works for me, and I’m never going back!
