I watched The Transformers: The Movie, mostly because oomf Jane is the Transformers fan in my life but also because I saw a clip of Unicron eating a planet once and I thought woah that looks sick as fuck. I think I'm a little beyond the demographic for this so I didn't love it or anything but it's certainly cool and I can see how this would be a, pardon the following, transformative experience for someone watching this at a young age. More than anything I just found it funny that there was always some sort of synthy 80s rock song playing at all times, that was awesome. I didn't know Optimus dies in this or who the fuck Ultra Magnus is, and then I'd heard of Hot Rod but imagine being me and hearing Rodimus Prime for the first time. Shit's crazy, slash pos. I don't know how much else I have to type out here soooooo movie looks good as fuck was my biggest thing anyway so
