Silver Strand State Beach in South San Diego is the home and nesting grounds of the Western Snowy Plover, who will be coming back in the coming weeks. Today, we cleaned up their natural habitat by removing trash, signs, fencing, and invasive plants to ensure the Plovers have a clean, safe home to return to!
