My next trip to Vegas took place in February of 2015. I was on my way to my first @powwowworldwide and decided to stay in Vegas for a few days first. As I was boarding my plane in NYC I walked through first class to get to my seat and what do you know I see @flavorflavofficial himself! At this point I was already deep into collecting artist tags/doodles/signatures on postal labels aka the #228Collection, and I knew I had to add one. As I walked past Flav I tried to grab a blank sticker and a marker to get him to sign one but I ended up taking too long and holding up the line. At this point Flav says to me, “Go sit down, I’ll come see you during the flight.” At this point I go take my seat and proceed to fly to Vegas thinking that was likely the end of my PE story. Then, at the very end of the flight, Flavor Flav starts walking back in coach asking, “Yo, where’s homie at?” At that point I put my hand up, he came though, and then proceeded to sign a blank postal label on his one of his world famous clock necklaces. I’m so glad I caught this picture, I wish I knew what was going through that woman’s head in this flick.... shout-out to @roscoesofficial and @geedupco thanks for sponsoring #FlavorFlav!
