and like, i make fun of midorima for that scene during the shuutoku/seirin rematch where midorima announces he’s going to fake shots to pass to his teammates (passu tashimasu!) but hoLY FUCK it’s now occurring to me that shin-chan did this as a result of takao’s advice

like, this is coming from the same guy who came from a group whose relationships fell apart bc they could only rely on themselves to win. they utterly abandoned any sort of trust and team play bc they found it useless/worthless
